Application to Present

About Applying to Present at SEBIO

  • Before applying, please read:
  • If you are selected to present, all presentations must be in PowerPoint.
  • If you are selected to present, you must participate in a practice session prior to the conference, which will be arranged by SEBIO at a mutually convenient time and date.
  • If you have problems or questions regarding the application or selection process, please contact Anthony Williams at (919) 781-4000 or awilliams@wyrick.com.
  • If you have a technical question regarding the submission of the form, please contact Dave Poole at dpoole@informedhorizons.com.
  • All application information, executive profiles, and business plans submitted by the applicant will be kept confidential and will be reviewed only by the SEBIO Selection Committee. However, SEBIO reserves the right to publish the name, city, and supplied description of companies selected to present.
  • If selected you will be asked to prepare a one page Company Profile in a format provided by SEBIO for inclusion in the Program Book. This information will not be confidential.

Application Fees

  • Application fee is $125 (your application will not be complete until the fee is received). Please make check out to Informed Horizons, LLC. Please send check to: Informed Horizons, Attn: SEBIO Application, 1631 Phoenix Blvd, Suite 4, College Park GA 30349 or contact Dave Poole at dpoole@informedhorizons.com to pay by credit card.
  • If you are accepted, you will be assessed $250, which helps to cover on-site conference expenses (i.e., conference registration, scheduled meals, receptions, exhibit needs, conference materials, etc.). Up to three company representatives for MAIN/Stage companies and two representatives for EARLY/Stage companies are included in this fee.

Application Deadline

  • The deadline for completed applications is August 13, 2010.

Beginning Your Application

  • NOTE: This application form is divided into several steps — we will save your data after you complete each step of the process. You may choose to leave after any step in the process and return to complete your application at a later time.
  • Following your completion of the first step (below), we will send an email with your Application ID and Password you may use to access your application on a return visit
